VinificationThe production area embraces a vast strip of the Friuli plain: an environment with a marked wine-growing vocation, in which the grapes grow strong and rich, favored by the nature of the soil and the favorable climatic conditions. The wine is obtained from grapes from our best vineyards whose selection takes place in compliance with precise rules and is the result of the careful work of a country technician. The base wine, with the addition of selected yeasts and sugar, is re-fermented in an autoclave at controlled temperatures. At the end of the fermentation, the stabilisation and filtration processes follow. The wine obtained is bottled with modern technologies.
