We used to talk about hear rate monitors and then VO2max, but now in modern cycling it’s all about WATT. For this reason, the Alé’s R D Lab aimed to create the first cycling bibshort that optimises the energy produced while pedalling. The seams reduced to a minimum and the xAir Bib straps combine an ultra-low volume with serious stability. The raw-cut leg hem features lightweight silicone grippers integrated into the weft yarns of the fabric. Watt 3.6 relies on a proprietary shuttle-woven fabric created by Alé’s R D Lab and exclusively produced in Italy. The result is a unique 3D jacquard structure with various compressive bands that contour to the natural form of the muscle for an exclusive fit.
